Beautiful rooms and amenities in the heart of Gangnam

Great location, lots of amenities (2 pools, top notch gym), great restaurants. Room was very spacious and beautifully appointed.

Shower amenities - shampoo/conditioner bar really not great for use, surely there are other ways to be eco-friendly? Terrible slippers. No TV in room.

Phenomenal property.

Ananti at Gangnam is spectacular. Easily one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. The workout facilities and pools were phenomenal. The room was exceptional. The staff were kind and accommodating. I would be delighted to stay there or at another Ananti property in the future.

A luxurious, unforgettable experience, good for partying or for family stacation

Loved the big airy room - we spent every day having pre-drinks before going out for dinner as there was a big sofa area Toilet is separated from the shower/ bath area so good for morning preps Cart service (free drop off within 3km of the hotel) was awesome

A minor thing but the floor tiles in the shower booth in my room wasn’t laid properly so there was a bit of water left in the corner after a shower (was cleaned thoroughly everyday so wasn’t a big deal) Friend said that the water for the bathtub wasn’t getting hot enough Air conditioning doesn’t get lower than 23C - perfect for me but my friends felt a bit hot

Beautiful decor and location but lacking bathroom roducts for the price you pay!

The location, decor and services such as the two pools and the sauna room (which has three jacuzzis, two pools at different temperatures and a vanity area) was superb. The terrace too in our room. The staff were lovely too and I would recommend this hotel!

1. The AC was acting up and it became REALLY hot in the bathroom so getting ready sometimes was difficult. 2. The entryway to the hotel and checking in was not made clear at all as we presumed we enter through the main doors and a sign to the reception would be made clear but it wasn’t and a guest had to direct us. The entrance is located two floors below ground and labelled L and the ground floor was labelled 2? 3. The amount of bathroom products weren’t correct. So we only got one vanity kit (two cotton buds and one cotton pad) when there were two of us. I think the attention to detail with something like this isn’t good when you pay a lot of money for the hotel. 4. Sometimes the front door wouldn’t open at all. My sister had to wait for a while for the door to open which shouldn’t even be an issue.

Spacious retreat in gangnam

Spacious and gorgeous interiors

Temperature in the room was set at a minimum of 24 degrees Celsius. There’s also a fan to circulate the air. But we had to open the balcony doors to get cold air in while sleeping as it got too warm. Can’t imagine during summer. It’s also not quite near the “right” end of gangnam so prepare to walk/ take bus/ taxi.

A hotel with resort qualities.

This place is fantastic! The accommodations are top-notch and comfortable. As most will note, these rooms do not have a television, but honestly, there is so much to experience that I don't see why anyone would want to stay in a room all day watching TV. The food in the restaurant was top quality; the indoor pool was serene and beautiful. As a black woman traveling in Korea, I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful to all my needs.

I took a point off because the beds were a little too short and challenging to get out of, and the railing leading upstairs was loose. Also, I would have liked more control of the room's temperature, as there were only preset options. I traveled in December, so it was colder in the room than I would have liked.

Clean and modern. Cabin space is good with high ceiling. Beds are up in the loft. Kitchenette is good. Loved the soaking tub and a separate shower stall layout. The pool is small but nicely done.

Beds are up in the loft, not easy for folks with knee problems. Front staff can learn to be more friendly. Some of them spoke good English but their attitude was unfriendly. West-facing units gets really warm and it took a long time to cool down with air-conditioning even with the help of a ceiling fan. Maybe ok for the fall weather but summer time could be a bear. We wished there was a microwave to reheat coffee and teas.

Amazing duplex room, beautiful design. Staff were unfriendly though.

The size of the room was amazing and I loved the duplex room. The design and furnishing was all great and the lobby and Poissons restaurant was very nice.

The staff at the lobby and on the operator phone service were all very unfriendly - giving very rude and one-word answers for simple questions. For the design and price of the hotel, it's giving luxury vibes and yet the staff were all contradictory to this.

The indoor/outdoor pool is only open at certain times and the cafes and restaurants are only open at certain times. All in all, I liked this hotel very much, but I think next time I should stay here to enjoy it.
